what do you need?

By definition, all natural mineral waters are balanced and pure. However, they differ greatly from one another in their mineral content.
Calcium and magnesium requirements can vary depending on an individual’s age, life circumstances and health situation.
Our needs change – so let's be prepared!
How much water do we need ? |
|
 |
-
Pregnant women
9 months during which it is more important than ever to drink sufficient quantities of water. Drink one to two glasses between meals – in addition to your normal amount (1.5 to 2 litres of water). Ideally choose a mineral water with high calcium and magnesium content.
-
Babies and children
For the most part, a baby's water requirements are satisfied by milk. However, they are three times higher than for an adult. From the age of one, your child requires 0.6 litres of water per day.
This quantity increases with a child’s growth. A child doesn’t say when it is thirsty. It is important to anticipate this moment.
Ideally choose a mineral water with a low mineral content.
-
Teenagers and adults
Between the ages of 12 and 70, we require 2.5 to 3 litres of water a day. We consume around 1/3 of this with our food. It is important that we drink at least 1.5 litres of mineral water a day. Ideally choose a mineral water with a medium or high mineral content.
-
Seniors
From the age of 70, our body contains less water. However, the water requirements do not change drastically. It is important that we drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of mineral water a day and regularly. Ideally choose a mineral water with a high mineral content.
