Why do we need minerals?

Magnesium

  • for the equilibrium of the nervous system and muscles
  • to combat stress and fatigue
  • to stimulate the formation of anti-bodies
  • to improve digestion

Who needs magnesium most ?

  • Pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers: 480 mg /day
  • Young people (between the ages of 12 and 19): 420 mg /day
  • Men: 420 mg /day
  • Seniors: 420 mg /day

Calcium

  • to ensure our bones and teeth grow and are strong
